Terms of service.

By accessing or using geniusxlab.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms apply to the public Site only. Paid consulting, engineering and managed-service engagements are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). If there is a conflict, the MSA/SOW controls for matters relating to that engagement.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, subject to the restrictions below.

You may not: (a) republish Site material without attribution; (b) sell, rent or sublicense Site content; (c) reproduce or copy material for unrelated commercial purposes; (d) systematically scrape, harvest or mine data from the Site; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (f) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

Information on the Site is provided for general business information only. It does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional counsel tailored to your situation.

All Site content — including text, graphics, code samples, design, logos and underlying technology — is owned by GeniusXLab LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may quote up to 100 words of editorial content with attribution and a link back to the original page. Client names, logos and case-study materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for illustrative purposes only.

GeniusXLab, the GeniusXLab logo and related marks are trademarks of GeniusXLab LLC. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

Consulting, product engineering, cloud, AI and managed-service work is scoped under a signed MSA and SOW. Fees, deliverables, acceptance criteria, change control and support terms are defined in those documents.

Unless the MSA states otherwise, work product created specifically for a client engagement is assigned to the client upon final payment, subject to retained background IP, open-source dependencies, internal tooling and pre-existing materials.

We may reference a client name or public project outcome in our portfolio only with the client's permission or where the outcome is already public.

Job listings on the Site are invitations to apply, not offers of employment. We may modify, pause or withdraw a listing at any time.

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and consent to our processing of your data for recruitment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites, repositories or social profiles. GeniusXLab does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. A link does not imply endorsement.

Some pages may describe integrations with third-party platforms or AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

GeniusXLab does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components. Case studies, metrics and examples are illustrative and may not reflect results for every client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeniusXLab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Site.

GeniusXLab's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeniusXLab LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

GeniusXLab may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, GeniusXLab or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, Brazil or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you retain the benefit of provisions that cannot be waived by contract.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page with the date shown below. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
